1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when it changes.
- One person or legal entity per account. Sharing an account across multiple users is prohibited on individual plans.
3. Subscriptions & Credits
- Access to AI generation is metered through credits. Each tool consumes a published number of credits per generation.
- Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes on each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- Credit packs purchased separately remain valid while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that: - Depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative context - Creates non-consensual sexual imagery of real people - Impersonates real individuals to defraud, harass, or defame - Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm - Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights - Violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where you publish the content - Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the Service's rate limits, moderation, or billing systems
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content You retain ownership of prompts you submit and files you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to operate the Service.
Generated outputs Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the generated outputs produced from your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring that outputs do not infringe third-party rights before publishing or monetizing them.
Our platform All software, branding, designs, and documentation comprising the Service are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.
6. Third-Party Providers
The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers. Their availability, pricing, and output quality may change without notice. We are not liable for downtime or output quality caused by upstream providers.
7. Storage & Content Removal
- Generated files are stored according to the retention limits shown on your plan.
- We may remove content that we believe, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms or applicable law.
- We recommend downloading important outputs promptly.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations. See our Disclaimer page for details specific to AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify VectorVids Ai from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VectorVids Ai is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
